Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of attraction tickets, packages, and MyPass UAE passes (“Tickets” or “Passes”) purchased through www.mypassuae.com (“Website”).
By purchasing or using a Ticket or Pass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- About MyPass UAE
MyPass UAE provides online access to tickets and passes for tourist attractions and activities in the United Arab Emirates.
Some attractions and services are operated by independent third-party suppliers. Their own admission rules, safety requirements, operating hours, age restrictions, and other conditions may also apply.
- Pass Validity
All MyPass UAE passes are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The Pass must be activated by redeeming the first attraction within this 30-day period.
Once activated, the usage period depends on the selected Pass category:
Super Saver 3 Pass: The three selected attractions must be used within six consecutive calendar days, including the date of the first redemption.
Super Saver 5 Pass: The five selected attractions must be used within seven consecutive calendar days, including the date of the first redemption.
Super Saver 7 Pass: The seven selected attractions must be used within eight consecutive calendar days, including the date of the first redemption.
Any unused attraction admissions will automatically expire at the end of the applicable usage period.
An expired Pass cannot be extended, reactivated, refunded, or exchanged unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Attraction Admission
Each selected attraction allows one admission per Pass holder only.
Repeat visits to the same attraction are not permitted using the same Ticket or Pass.
Once an attraction admission has been redeemed, it is considered used and cannot be cancelled, transferred, exchanged, or refunded.
Customers may be required to present their electronic Ticket or Pass, booking confirmation, and a valid photo identification document.
Tickets and Passes must not be copied, altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from MyPass UAE.
Lost, deleted, stolen, duplicated, or misused Tickets may not be replaced if their validity cannot be confirmed.
- Reservations and Availability
Certain attractions require advance reservation and may have limited availability.
Admission is subject to the attraction’s operating hours, available time slots, capacity limits, maintenance schedules, safety requirements, and entry policies.
Purchasing a Pass does not guarantee admission to a particular attraction, date, or time unless a reservation has been confirmed.
Customers are responsible for checking whether advance booking is required and arriving at the attraction on time.
Late arrival or failure to attend a confirmed booking may be treated as a no-show and may result in the admission being forfeited without refund.
Blackout dates, special-event restrictions, or seasonal operating conditions may apply where stated in the attraction description.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted to MyPass UAE through the contact details provided on the Website.
For an unused and unactivated Pass:
Cancellation requested seven or more calendar days before the scheduled first attraction date: eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellation requested three to six calendar days before the scheduled first attraction date: eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellation requested two calendar days or less before the scheduled first attraction date: non-refundable.
The following conditions also apply:
An activated, partially used, fully used, or expired Pass is non-refundable.
Individual attractions already redeemed or reserved under a non-refundable booking cannot be refunded.
No refund will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, rejected admission resulting from failure to follow an attraction’s rules, or changes in the customer’s personal travel plans.
Approved refunds will be returned, where possible, through the original payment method.
Bank, card-provider, payment-gateway, currency-conversion, and processing charges may not be refundable.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable UAE law.
- Attraction Changes and Closures
Attraction operators may change their prices, schedules, operating hours, programmes, inclusions, entry requirements, or availability without prior notice.
If an attraction becomes unavailable, MyPass UAE may, where reasonably possible:
(a) Offer a suitable alternative attraction.
(b) Allow the customer to select another eligible attraction.
(c) Reschedule the affected booking.
(d) Provide an appropriate refund or credit for the affected unused admission.
MyPass UAE is not responsible for changes or closures beyond its reasonable control, including weather conditions, maintenance, private events, government instructions, safety incidents, transport disruption, or force majeure events.
- Food, Beverages and Additional Expenses
Food and beverages are not included with attraction admission unless they are expressly listed as included in the relevant attraction or Pass description.
Transportation, parking, photographs, souvenirs, equipment rental, optional activities, tips, personal expenses, and other additional services are also excluded unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in UAE dirhams unless another currency is clearly stated.
Applicable taxes and mandatory charges will be included or identified during checkout.
Full payment is required to confirm a purchase.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a confirmation or electronic Ticket.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, payment, and participant information.
MyPass UAE may correct genuine pricing, technical, or description errors. If such an error affects a confirmed purchase, the customer will be offered the option to pay the corrected price or cancel the affected purchase for a refund.
- Children, Age and Eligibility Requirements
Child, infant, adult, senior, resident, and non-resident ticket categories are determined by the applicable attraction’s rules.
Customers must select the correct ticket category and may be required to provide identification or proof of age or residency. Any additional amount charged by an attraction because an incorrect category was selected will be the customer’s responsibility.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult wherever required.
- Health, Safety and Conduct
Customers must comply with all health, safety, security, dress-code, height, weight, age, accessibility, and conduct requirements imposed by the attraction operator.
An attraction may refuse admission or remove a visitor whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or contrary to its rules. No refund will be provided where admission is refused for these reasons.
Customers are responsible for deciding whether an attraction or activity is suitable for their health, mobility, or personal circumstances.
- Third-Party Attraction Operators
MyPass UAE facilitates access to attractions and activities that may be delivered by independent third-party operators.
To the extent permitted by law, MyPass UAE is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, service quality, operational decisions, or safety procedures of third-party operators. Any complaint concerning an attraction should be reported promptly so that MyPass UAE can assist in communicating with the operator.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyPass UAE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of a Ticket or Pass.
MyPass UAE’s total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected Ticket or Pass, except where a different liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
- Personal Information
Personal information provided during a purchase or booking will be handled in accordance with the MyPass UAE Privacy Policy.
Information may be shared with attraction operators, payment providers, and service partners where reasonably necessary to process payment, confirm reservations, issue Tickets, deliver services, prevent fraud, or comply with legal requirements.
- Website Use
Customers must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, interfere with Website operation, or use Website content without permission.
Website content, branding, text, graphics, and other materials remain the property of MyPass UAE or their respective owners and may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization.
- Changes to These Terms
MyPass UAE may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Updated Terms will be published on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date.
The Terms applicable to a purchase will normally be those displayed when the order is completed, except where a change is required by law or benefits the customer.
- Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with MyPass UAE will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
